In this installment of "Exercise of the Week," I have a drill that combines a few of my all-time favorite shoulder health exercises into one comprehensive approach that gives you a lot of bang for your buck. Check it out:

Also, for more exercises and coaching cues like this, don't forget to check out our Mike Reinold and my new resource, Functional Stability Training of the Upper Body.  It's on sale at a big introductory discount through the end of the week.

    Hi Eric.
I have been diagnosed with tendinitis in my rotator cuff and bicep. I was wondering if you could give me some insight of how to rehab this problem. Kathy Dooley is coming to Toronto this week and I was lucky enough to be able to get an appointment with her. She says you guy’s are friends. I am a kettle bell person and haven’t been able to do much since February. I just want to get healed so I can get back into the game. Can you suggest any body in Toronto to see. Doctors physiotherapist. Thank you in advance. You have a great site. Have a great day.

    Larry,

Shoot me an email at ec@ericcressey.com and I’ll see if I can get you connected with someone up there.

  3. Rick Says:

Can this be done on a stability ball or elsewhere? My gym doesn’t have a table. Thanks!

  4. Eric Cressey Says:

    Rick,

You can try. It’s also fine to just do it bent-over.
