Eric, I am looking at implementing your Stage System (3×3, 3×5 – etc.) for my bench press routine. What percentage should I use for the triples and fives – 90% and 80% of 1RM??
Also, should I do my bench/tri/rear delt assistance exercises on the same day or later in the week when I do squats/deads?
I am a 280 lb. raw bencher, 46 years old, 225 lbs.
Thanks, Tom Settles
