There’s some really good stuff in there – definitely a good fit for the football players reading this blog. It includes an eight-week off-season training program where all the drills are demonstrated on the accompanying DVDs. Inverted Row Ignorance – Here’s one from the archived that reminds us once again just how often this exercise is absolutely butchered.
