This is year 5 of my “What I Learned in” series here at T-Nation, and it’s actually being written in February of 2011 because I needed an extra month to process everything and put it down on paper.

    Great recommendation on the Strasburg sock! I’ve been looking for an alternative to the standard nightsplint for all of the achilles/peroneal/post tib issues we’ve been dealing with. Many of the athletes complain about how uncomfortable the nightsplint is to wear at night and this will be much easier (and cost effective) than me having to MacGyver a custom nightsplint out of orthoplast and an ace wrap.
